After the bad experience I had in Ponta do ouro with my acomodation Stacy-Lee James from Afristay contacted me and assured she would investigate the matter and get back to me. Thankfully she did with some good news of a partial refund and Afristay also gave me a booking voucher. I am very please with the service I received from her.
