Not acceptable behavior from a booking portal

What a laugh!! I'm a property owner who re**** on a booking peak season this coming December 22.

When I had not heard from them on payment on the possible booking that I understood was being paid for, turns out the guests payment had not gone through.

The portal itself is not user friendly. When I contacted them about this, their initial email from Darren Robertson not sympathetic to a peak season booking not materializing. When I pointed this out to him his reply.. "Sorry for the inconvenience " wow...
