We stayed at First Group Hole in the Wall Resort This booking was done via AfriStay. They requested that I let them know about our experience . If was disgusting. they rep**** to me and said someone would contact me telephonically. We stayed there night of 29/03/2023. Till now nobody has contacted me. The resort needs URGENT maintenance. The key for the door did not work We also had to wait for the barman for 1/2 hr. We asked the kitchen staff to help & they could not Tere was no water, complimentary tea/coffee. When we wanted to book out at 07h00 the receptionist was not in yet. So, we had 4 x coffee for R 140.00. Ridiculous. By 07h30 the receptionist was still not on duty, so we left the broken keys on her desk and left .I will NEVER book with First Group Hotels/ Afristay ! We had German visitors, what a schock it was for them! Great advert for our tourisium.
