Horrible service

Do not ever make the mistake of cancelling your booking. You will never get your refund. The consultant I am dealing with Ruben van Niekerk is a rude **** who has no care at all for the customers. I cancelled my booking on the 1st on August and till today they cant confirm when I will get my refund.
