Disgusted!

I have NEVER in my life been so disappointed. I have travelled to so many places before but this was the worst accomodation ever. Ngululu in Marloth park. I feel that afristay does not make 100% sure that the accomodation details are correct or who they actually deal with. We arrived at Ngululu today. Firstly the unit was dirty the fridge was smelly the beds werent made nothing old food in the microwave. I them sent the owner a message and asked if they sending cleaners. The cleaners arrived and i thanked her for it. We had people over and a braai, the house is full of ****roaches the fridge doesnt work the fans doesnt work still got in my car and bought a fan didnt complain. Then at 8 the power goes off there is no oil lamps candles nothing, yet the entire marloth around us have power. The place was extremely hot i then Sent Annemarie the owner a decent message asking what time the power comes on because i phoned eskom and they said there is no loadshedding. This lady sweared at me and sounded like she was drunk. I then told her we are leaving the next day as we are sleeping in my car because off the bad conditions and we are packed. While sitting in my car outside with my husband the security pulls in the driveway and said that he is here to make sure we leave her property as she does not want us here. Again swearing me on the phone when i questioned her about this and asked for my money back. Guys do NOT waste your money or pay a single sent to this woman she is unproffesional, rude, foul and her accomodation is not up to scratch. I personally cant believe that afristay advertise this property.
