Deception and misleading advertising!

Be very wary of booking accommodation through Afristay. They have zero control over the content of the accommodation adverts. We arrived to find the so called Luxury Clifton Penthouse Apartment in a state of complete neglect and totally lacking in safety and not at all as described or photographed. As per Afristay guest conditions we advised them well within the required 24 hours that we would be cancelling the remaining 2 nights. Aside from their commission, Afristay refuse to refund us as unlike AirBnB they had prepaid the host in full and insist it is our responsibility to obtain the refund from the host who refuses to communicate with us!! BE WARNED in their very own words "Afristay is only the payment agent".
