Considerate and helpful handling of cancellation

We had to cancel a booking in Namibia for next month because of the lockdown, and Stacey-Lee James couldn't have been more helpful. She organised a full refund from the lodge as well as the agent's fee, despite a comparatively short-notice cancellation. For comparison, I have not been able to make contact with the company through whom we made another booking for the same trip.
