Cancellation - no refund or communication 2 weeks later

I have booked previously with Afristay and received excellent service. However; with my current booking I had to cancel on the 2nd of January 2024, due to unforeseen circumstances. I have not received the refund to date and there is no contact number that I can call Afristay; to follow up.
