Bed and BREAKFAST means no breakfast - What a service!!

We booked a lodge online through Afristay for 3 nights. On their website it says “Rate Basis: bed and breakfast" Lo and behold when we get to the lodge we were informed that the lodge's restaurant is closed - no breakfast or any meal will be available. And that was communicated to Afristay. Afristay did not bother to inform us. The main reason we chose that lodge over others was because it was said to be a bed and breakfast, and has a restaurant. Querying why the were not informed, the response we got was that Afristay was not aware that the lodge offers breakfast as “Rate Basis: bed and breakfast" does not mean breakfast is included.” To think that were charged R1500 service fees for that booking, for such terrible service!
