Bad experience with afristay and rams gate beach club

Good day

I am very unhappy with afristay & Ramsgate Beach Club servies. Firstly, we are very afraid to stay here theres no security on the property not even a gate at the entrance, furthermore we are the only 5 people on the property. There is no one else that has booked Ramsgate Beache Club for this weekend. The pictures on the net are not what we see its deceiving from the actual unit, there is no beach view and very frightneing surroundings. Everything is so outdated and old. Place is untidy. The kitchen is not hygienic to use - stove and microwave and kettly is rusted and filthy. Unhealthy for human usage. The unit was not even clean when we had arrived the main bedroom toilet was dirty, the place is so stuffy and damp which is not acceptable.
