Bad experience at Sea Spray B401 booked through Afristay.com

We stayed at B401 Sea Spray Table view. Beautiful view however the place was not clean and the maintenance is terrible. The balcony and windows were absolutely pathetically dirty. Not even swept. The floors are lifting, dirty and the water damage inside is shocking. Scatter cushions dirty with marks on it.
