Bad Bad Bad Afristay

I booked a weekend in Clarens, 2 months before through Afristay, after 2 days or so in contact with the Establishment, I requested my deposit back, and the Establishment said I should contact Afristay as they have my deposit. Upon contacting Afristay, they said the establishment has no refund policy which was a total lie from Afristay. That was my first and last booking with Afristay.
