Assistance with cancellation

I was assisted by Bianca Schuster, a Content Team Leader. I was cancelling my booking which was made in March at Langebaaan. She did not resist to jump to my assistance and the cancellation was done without hassles in a less than a week. I am so grateful that there are still people committed to service just like her.
