Afristay.com are ****** be warned!!

Yesterday I booked an establishment through afristay.com, their website reflected that accommodation at this establishment was available, they also sent me an email saying I must pay within 40 hours to secure my spot. I paid as per this confirmation and as soon as I made a payment they sent another email saying it's fully booked they will give me a voucher that expires in 2022. I don't want their voucher I want my money back, I need that money to book another establishment and besides it's not me who canceled it's them. Also as soon as they sent me this email, the same establishment was once again reflecting on their website as available, why not remove the establishment on their website if it's fully booked or atleast reflect that it's fully booked.
