Afristay unhelpful and uncaring about our unsatisfactory stay at Treehouse River Lodge

The accommodation we booked through Afristay was in no way up to standard. The accommodation at the Treehouse River Lodge was old, dated and not clean. Some of the amenities were not available as mentioned on the Afristay website. Such as breakfast and a spa service. When communicating with Afristay to ask to intervene in trying to get our 100% deposit back we were role they could do nothing. This is not acceptable. People must be wary when booking through this website.
