Afristay - Refund

Afristay did manage to refund me, except for a small amount allocated to admin fees. Initially when i cancelled my booking, they did try to help me with another booking in this specific area but without success.

One area where they can improve is their call centre. At some stage i did struggle to get hold of consultants to assist me with the refund.
