Afristay leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Afristay advertise there so called great specials. Just to be informed that unfortunately you do not even get time to make a informative decision because with your next email the price has already increased again. This happened like 4 times. Started of with specials from R11000. At the end of the day we were forced to make FULL payment to assure a booking. R42000 further. No questions asked. And then the Covid hit me and i unfortunately had to change our plans. I immediately informed them of my positive Antigen test and they were so quick to respond that i have nothing to worry about and that they can only issue a voucher with another PCR lab test. After another test paid for AGAIN i was again positive. I forwarded my results just to get a email that our flight are not refundable and that we got such A VERY BIG SPECIAL in December and that to accommodate us OUT OF SEASON we will have to pay another R8000 pp. Does this even make sense? Surely they could accommodate the covid clients that do not cancel or change bookings for their own benefit? I have reminded myself to never make use of Afristay ever again.
