Afristay Is. A ****

Never use afristay is a ****. I booked through Afristay for a weekend of 27 to 29 Sept 2019 to Graceland,, Drakensberg.. I am of Ts n C's of cancellation. Due to unforseen circumstances, then requested n cancelled my bookings on 18 Aug 2019.

So, as Afristay n Graceland stated that 50% refund if more than 7 days before arrival date.

I calledv Afristay for several times. I was sent back n forth by Graceland n Afristay, until the rude lady from Graceland said no deposit received from Afristay by their. Establishment. So,, I must ask Afristay my deposit.

The lady from Afristay said the money was transferred to Graceland, Drakensberg in June 2019. They both don't want to refund me, so please guys Afristay is a ****. They take money n wait for you to cancel n ended up not transfering the money to the establishment. The 50% on TnCs does not apply. Afristay cannot be true rather use other travel agent.
