Afristay is a dishonest company

I booked on line with afristay for accomodation in Toti Durban on 8tj Sept. Because it was after hours and on a weekend I was asked to pay cash on checking in which I did. On the 9th Afristay received proof of payments that I dis on line. Till tofay they have not refunded me . If I dont contact them no one communicates with me. To me they are just ******. I have sent many emails to them but they are not returning my money. They have *****ed me.
