Afristay cancellation Maaike Pieterse #97HMBEDV

Bookingnr#97HMBEDV I have booked through Afristay Boshoekfarmhouse in Clarence for June.I have cancelled my booking already in April and am entitled to my full deposit back, which was R3 675. I first tried to cancel directly through the host but he sent me the wrong cancellation information that he has paid back already in February! I only cancelled in April. I emailed him and he said he will fix the mistake, but he never came back and ignored my email. So I contacted Afristay, I felt that I payed the money to them, they must resolve it and get the money back from the host. After many polite emails back and forth, I am not getting anywhere. It seems the host of Boshoekfarmhouse, Ernesto, email ***, is ignoring Afristay's emails and Afristay is taking no responsibility in paying my deposit back.
