AFRISTAY ARE **********

We booked a 5 night stay at CHobe safari Lodge through Afristay. the full amount for the accommodation for the 5 night stay was paid over to Afristay. Upon arriving at CHobe Safari Lodge they had not recieved payment for the accommodation and refused to book us in until we paid. Afristay the sent through a swift payment but Chobe will not accept it until it shows in their bank account.

The swift payment sent by Afristay is not enough to cover the accommodation for the 5 days. Afristay has said we must just pay Chobe and get a refund from CHobe when the funds eventually show in their bank account.

Afristay also offered a voucher for the inconvenience caused.

The least they could do was to offer to refund the money that was paid to them so that we could use it to pay CHobe.

THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

I am reluctant to five them a ratinf of 1 star as I feel they do not deserve any stars.
