Poor after-sales service

I bought two Afristar batteries that failed within 6 months. The reseller does not get back to customers and neither does Afristar support. This is a failed product and one would expect the manufacturer to also have some sort of accountability, but no. Do not buy their products if you expect any sort of quality.
