Very poor customer service

Bad, unsatisfactory customer service received from this place. No proper follow up are made and monitored when a customer has a query. My first consultantion was in December 2022. I was overcharged without being informed. I have been constantly calling the office making follow ups. No updates are given or keeping me informed of any new development or any feedback.
