They were very helpfull and friendly. Claudine had a very compassionate attitude and made me feel that I was understood and did not make me feel even more guilty or *********** about my situation. The process was explained in a very understanding and easy way, the material received is easy reading and I understood my rights as well. Thank you for making me feel as still a person with dignity even though my situation is out if control.
