I want to thank Emma Conradie from the bottom of my heart. I am writing this in English, even though I am Afrikaans, so that as many people as possible can read it.

I was recently ****med by a debt counselling company, and during one of the most stressful experiences of my life, Emma was an absolute rock star. From early this morning, Emma and I worked tirelessly to get my account released from the ****mers. There were moments where I genuinely felt like giving up — not because of Emma, but because the **** company had deliberately provided **** contact numbers and email addresses, making everything feel hopeless.

Emma never gave up. She went above and beyond, helping me identify the shell company the ****mers were using, which turned out to be registered with the NCA. Without her insight, persistence, and clear guidance, none of this would have been possible.

What truly stood out to me was her professionalism, her kind words, and her frequent follow-ups. She kept me calm, informed, and motivated throughout the process. The way she handled my case is truly second to none.

I am now with Afriskuld, and I could not be more relieved or grateful. Please take good care of Emma — she is an incredible asset, and I honestly don’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t had her support.

To anyone reading this: please be extremely careful of ****mers. They prey on people who are already under financial pressure and often have access to your full debt history. I consider myself observant and cautious, yet I was still fooled. I am just thankful that this ordeal is finally over and that I can write this review with peace of mind.
