Non Comminication from varipous channels

As none of your communication channels are reliable and repsond to my requests ill have to post here .

I need feedback/action on the following please:

1. Which channel do i need tpo communicate through ? Afriskuld, Budget Guru ? Finfix? IPDA ?

2. The ipda system being used to send statements aren't reliable. I need to keep on requesting my monthly statements.

3. The statements do not reflect the outstanding balances , and there seems to be 2 extra creditors added which I am not aware of

.3, I requested numerous times with the department on what the settlement balance would be , yet they don't seem to respond.
