No proper communication

For now i am only going to give 3 stars. Nobody is really coming back to me regarding the terms on my vehicle. They say the original terms on my vehicle was 141 months. But on my documents that i sent to Finfix it says original terms are 96 months.

Secondly iemas keeps on calling me and saying that form 17.1 was not sent to them. They are the only creditors that keeps on calling me. Please contact me back and sort this out
