03 Feb 2025, 00:32So I was happy with the initial service level I received.
So this policy should have started in January due to multiple factors it was unpaid..
Understanding that it can lapse due to that.
2 individuals called me I specially asked to be called back at a sertain time. Never a call back on the 9th Alex phoned yet again I asked please call me 10th. No call back ever. After numerous attempts from my side. I eventually got someone that called me. I requested we reinstate and just move the inseption of this plan. Guess what no can do.
I understand my payment was unpaid but damn could you not come to the party.
I will not recommend this company to anyone.
