Since the start of the process i have been dealing with very friendly team of individuals , today i had some concerns and was upset however Juvan ( might be spelt wrong ) phoned me immediately to explain to me more in detail my concerns and I am very thankful for this , I am still in the start of the process however for now I am happy for now Thanks to the friendly service and detailed explanation , hopefully the rest of the process will keep me hopeful . If it does keep up with this service and care i will happily be updating once we are further in the process
