Extremely dissapointed

Big promises in the beginning that they will always assist. But once everything is 'finalised' they disappear. I was forced to put my house loan under debt review, apparently it is law, according to Marelize, when I only wanted my credit card . Now I am stuck with an overdue homeloan because after 5 years my home loan returns to original interest rate.I regret ever contacting them. Armand Cilliers is the only one who is helpful and friendly. Thank you.

If some one who actually knows something could contact me via email regarding why the homeloan had to be added, it would be appreciated.
