I had to build up my credit record. It has been an upward battle. Going under debt review after the most traumatic time in my life felt devastating. However, the process has been simple and straightforward with nothing but clarity and care during the entire process. Annele Otto has been amazing. Calling me before every new action to be taken Ensuring I understand and agree to each step. Answering my questions and mitigating my concerts without hesitation Bianca was also very clear, concise and warm when we finalised the process. Not once did either of them make me feel that I am a failure ( which anyone feels when going under debt review). My plan was worked out to help me get through this as fast as humanly possible.
