Afriskuld and FinFix Nightmare

It has been an absolute nightmare. For 3 months I've been paying Afriskuld appointed FinFix but I still get threatening phone calls from the bank and other debt claimants. 3 months later, the bank has still not accepted the negotioned terms from FinFix. And I am being phoned and held responsible for short payments. When I tell the claimants exactly what FixFix tells me, they refuse to listen.

I deeply regret knocking at Afriskuld's door for help. It has only caused me stress and worries.
