He help me through a very tough time and supported me 100% in the tough decisions I had to make. He was always friendly and very patient with me who had a lot of questions and insecurities. Never once was he impatient or unfriendly, no matter how many times I emailed or send him an WhatsApp. He always immediately returned my WhatsApp's or emails.
