monopoly mismanaged

Booked unit with 4 rooms for 4 couples. Followed up a month before stay and units where changed. After a fight they confirm we have our 4 bedroom unit. We we arrived we were allocated a wrong unit again. had to share bunk bed and rooms the first night after they moved us to the correct unit the second night. They promised to refund us 50% of the first night but after 20 follows and a year later still nothing. management don't care because they have a monopoly in south africa for ski. Restaurant also takes minimum 2 hours with every order. Won't be going again. Would rather pay little extra and ski in europe where you know where you are staying.
