******** refund policy with no consideration for covid restrictions

A group of us booked a trip for july 2020, but due to covid restrictions were no longer allowed to travel. Afriski offered to rebook our trip or refund, but after discovering that we would not receive most of our money as late cancellation fees would apply as well as refusing to refund ski packages, we decided re rebook. Now a year later, we sit in the same boat, covid restrictions mean we are not allowed to travel, but now afriski refuses to refund any money as they say we no longer qualify for a refund as well as trying to ******ing more money out of us as their rates have changed!! For a booking that we will have made almost 3 years in advance by then!!!! Avoid these ****** at all cost
