Pathetic service,terrible or rather non existent communication.we made a reservation with this Pathetic institution 6months in advance paid our deposit We were told by the staff (when they eventually answered)that our booking was confirmed only to find the day before we leave for our holiday that our booking has been given to someone else without any explanation reason or communication.
