UNACCEPTABLE service !!

I have requested a paypal withdrawl payout on the 24th July 2023. Typically it takes two days from payout request for one to recieve a confirmation email. Its been over THREE WEEKS since i requested my payout and i am yet to recieve a confirmation email and funds in my paypal account. The reward funds was deducted IMMEDIATELY off my account. Ive since emailed several queries and recieved non helpful/default responses. ( Every response was identical despite the different categorised queries i sent. )
