Bad customer service

I've been part taking in online surveys for a few months now, to generate a little bit of extra income. Afrisight is one of my better/more favourable sites, however i have a big problem with the way they are ' handling ' my query. On the 24th July 2023 i requested a withdrawl payout to my paypal account. Typically it takes 2days from the request for them to email you with confirmation. The 30th July 2023 i emailed lodging a query, as reward funds was deducted immediately of my account and a week later i havnt even recieved a confirmation email yet. I recieved an email from their team stating time of reward payouts varies as per type of withdrawl payout. Typically up to 2 days from request if you requested payout to your paypal account. I knew this, because i my query i said i requested withdrawl payout to my PAYPAL account and previous time it took about 2days till recieving confirmation email. Today 07 August 2023 is 2weeks since i requested withdrawl payout to my paypal account. I havnt recieved an email or any funds in my paypal account. Most people wouldnt bother wasting their time, but my Mother and I struggle month in and month out ... so 4.88 USD ( almost R100 ), really comes in handy for few essentials. I spend alot of time going through different sites searching for serveys, not to mention having to buy airtime/data often.
