TAROMA ROBI 1

It is impossible to get hold of them. The lady, Cathy, does not respond to emails, and they do not answer their phones. I've sent my ROBI1 in for a repair, and after 3 weeks, I still have no idea what is wrong with it or if it can be repaired. How do you get your stuff back from them???
