No customer service - Non existent

Terrible service. No answer of calls. No replies to facebook mentions. I do not recommend buying Taroma. The software app is not professional at all.

I have been trying to get in touch with both the KZN and Centurion branches for several months now regarding an ongoing issue with the robot vacuum software app. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to reach out via the contact numbers listed on their website and Facebook—KZN: *** / *** and Centurion: ***—I have not received any response.

My concerns pertain to several issues within the app, including persistent mapping errors, spelling mistakes, and other usability challenges. I have noticed that the app is no longer available on the Play Store, and when it was accessible, there had not been any updates for over a year to address these problems.
