AfrishopSa customer service non existing

I sent in a Taroma robot for repair after over 20 days only 3 messages on WhatsApp with no indication of repair status or delivery of the item. They never answered numerous phone calls. I m left wondering if I will ever get the item back. Most terrible communication ever.
