Pension fund and provident fund held

I resigned from Afrisam on 5th September 2019. I submitted all the documents including the one that says they must deduct their money by 26 November. When I phoned NMG, I spoke to Skhumbuzo and he said my money was hold by Afrisam. I have been sending e mails to Hr and there is no respond. I want to know whats holding my provident and pension funds
