Pathetic service from AfriSam

We have ordered silos for construction of our home. Early on last year around this time, we continously got our order on time. However the last two orders, we have been treated as if we are begging the institution. An order placed last week was paid for on Friday. Delivering the order is becoming a problem. Their process leaves a lot to b desired. A bank delivery for a mere cheque card, one gets informed till the card is at the door. U make an order of almost 20k, there is no process to inform a client. That is pathetic, very pathetic. U phone, nobody tells exactly when is the delivery. Unbelievable.
