Excellent service comes standard

I'm in the process of building my new house. I was commissioned by my builder to lease some ready mix concrete. After shopping around I went with Afrisam. Boy oh boy was I surprised with the swift and friendly service I received from all the back end staff. From Order to payments, all the people I spoke to on the phone was a breeze and gave me the sense that they wanted to help me to get the concrete on the date and time I wanted. I know this is their job and what they supposed to do but I must admit it's been a while since I received such great service from a company in SA. Well done Afrisam Team (Magda, Palesa and Co)
