Living in a small town leave you many a times to deal with the most rude and unprofessional institutions. You can be on your death bed in hospital and they will bring the card machine to swipe your card. When you have a medical emergency at 2 in the morning , you will be asked to pay R300 cash or card ? No compassion for the state that you are in . The office ladies is very rude and treat you as a ******** ! I was admitted on Monday the 10th with a chronic aspiration problem . They did not claim this under my hospital authorization - and expected a cash payment with in 7 days - refusing to assist me with follow up x rays . I never had debt and pay all my bills every month . Don not treat me like a ******** ! I could not breath on the night of my admission and x rays but they insisted on a immediate payment of R300. My mom experienced the same she was in hospital , almost on her death bed .They brought the card machine to her bed side , she was so weak my sister had to enter her pin number. Please stop treating patients like ********* ! The association with medi clinic tzaneen is terrible and proved not to be in either the Medi clinic group or patients advantage . They do not share the same values and only have a negative connotation towards Medi clinic Tzaneen .
