Bad Service

I find them very unhelpful. They submit a claim to my medical aid that they cannot process because the claim/code is obsolete and am not prepared to assist me or my medical aid providing a code that they can use to process my claim with. I have made so many calls to them and my medical aid and am not very frustrated.
