Afripools - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

If you are considering installing a pool and QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP, AFTER SALES SERVICE and WARRANTY (they claim 5 years) is important to you then Afripools is not the company for you. My pool has been leaking for more than a month and we did all the experiments to confirm the leak and where it was before contacting them to come and resolve the issue as it was a warranty issue. After contacting them numerous times they had no interest in comming to site and just said they had no reason to come out our way thus telling us our warranty was not applicable. We had to make alternative arrangements as it was a major leak. Very disappointed as they came recommended by our architect.
