Afripanel to be avoided at all cost. Bad quality and damaged products. Deceiptive towards consumers

I wanted to put a roof over my front patio at home. It looked like a good product as it would avoid a heat build-up from the sun. Afripanel requested a drawing which I did with clear descriptions as to materials, sizes, and colours attached. Based on this they sent me a quote. I requested a site visit and showed examples of what I had in mind. I paid the deposit. Before delivery Afripanel demanded full payment and refused to deliver until they received it. The goods arrived damaged; not according to my specs and in the wrong colour. I immediately notified Afripanel and was ignored. Eventually the salesman Malcolm 'inspected' the damaged goods and promised to pay for the installation and repaint some parts. Goods were not collected. Afripanel refused to rectify. I was informed they will only rectify if I accept fluted ceiling although I clearly ordered flat ceilings. I insisted on quality undamaged products to be returned. Only then they alleged the drawing and specs never made sense and some of the material is not even available in South Africa. They'll fetch the damaged good but will not release it until I sent an industry specialist to inspect at my cost apparently. All requests for a refund is rebuffed.
