SERVICES RENDERED TO COMPANY WITHOUT GETTING PAID

In the month of August 2015 I entered into a twelve month contract with Afripack whereby I rendered Security Services providing them with six highly trained and qualified security officers. The accommodation, uniforms and all relevant logistics at high financial costs were arranged by myself. We then commenced work on site for a period of three months on the third month due to non – payment I then decided to pull back the security officers from the site.

I liaised with Mrs Prudence Malangu after the second month of not receiving payment, she then advised me that payment has been made and issued me a copy of the invoice, the payment was made out to VTA UMKHONDO PROJECTS with all my information, however it was discovered that the bank details was altered with that of a Mr Hans Smit who without my knowledge went in and handed in the invoice. The payment was not received in my company bank account as should have been. I requested that an investigation be done into this matter as confirmation should have been done as to whether or not the bank details supp**** belonged to my company.

I was then advised by Mrs Malangu that payments were released by Mr Ben Ludik, I then informed him that payment went into the wrong bank account and sent proof that the person who’s account they paid into had no relation to my company in anyway. I requested that this be rectified, he refused to do this and told me that he would not deal with me but with Mr Hans Smit. I advised him that Mr Hans Smit was merely a referral to the fact that Afripack required the services of a security company and nothing more and that myself Vincent Van Wyk owner of VTA UMKHONDO PROJECTS has no dealings with Mr Hans Smit.
