Stay away

Ordered and paid for an oxygen concentrator. promised 1-2 weeks. After 4 weeks, many emails and empty promises requested a refund. Promised immediate refund, yet no joy. Requested call from CEO, no response. Stay away they have no ethical business practices. Although they are supplying life support equipment, they do not care for their customers.
